Band Review: Isles & Glaciers.

Omnomnomnom <33
 Well, this band, I ran across on accident. They're probably the best thing I've heard in FOREVER. Their lyrics are like, just AMAZING! I am officially obsessed with them<3 And have been ever since I heard their song "Clush".(: They've got such gorgeous voices <3 I wish a guy could sing like that to me. :) It'd be so sweet. And I can relate to their song "Cemetery Weather" because of the part;
"I never knew what I would do
If anybody tried to speak your name
I would tear down their house and
I'd burn my way around the brightest memory of your face" It's how I feel about David.. Ha. Yeah. What a.. jerk. But ha. Yeah. Back to the band, I wish they would make MORE songs </3 But they are all in their own little bands, which pretty much sucks! But their bands are amazing, like Craig Owens is in D.R.U.G.S and I'm probably seeing them in concert February 23, 2012 :D! I'm so excited <33, Vic And Mike Fuentes are from.... PIERCE THE VEIL. This band is so friggin' perfect, no lie. :)

Band Review: We Came As Romans.

WE CAME AS ROMANS OH YEAHHHH!!
So.. This would be We Came As Romans, and this band is just, oh my gosh! Amazing! If you don't like post-hardcore (screamo) bands, then I would hope you'd get off this review right now, and not even waste your time. Their screams are PERFECT, like literally, and their song, oh god, breathe-taking voice. (: I've loved these guys since the first time I heard them on last.fm, I heard "To Plant A Seed" by them first, and then started looking around at other songs by them. It was a time when I was angry, and they just helped because they sounded angry too, but now as I look at their lyrics.. They aren't angry.. At all.. They're just flat out amazing. (: This band helped me out through a lot, and I appreciate them for that! They've got respect in the underground scene, I would think! :D Also, their music videos are pretty sweet, and they go along with the song, which is VERY rare ♥

Current Band Members:
Joshua Moore - lead guitar
David Stephens - unclean vocals
Eric Choi - drums
Brian "Lou" Cotton - rhythm guitar
Andrew Glass - bass guitar
Kyle Pavone - clean vocals, keyboards, synthesizer

Band Review: My Chemical Romance.

DFJKLDFSJLKFKJSDKLFKJ MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE! YUMMY (; (The Lead Singer Is The One With Red Hair, Jus' Saying. )
Well this band has been with me through the good, the bad, and definitely the ugly. But now they've got a new look, with their album Danger Days. AHHHH! And I STILL love them, they're probably my favorite band in the whole world, they're who I can listen to, and who I could relate to, especially the songs on their CD "The Black Parade". MCR (My Chemical Romance) is probably the best thing I've ever heard, I DON'T CARE IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM. I don't care if I get called a little "scene kid" or "poser" for liking them, shut up! It's what I like, not you! I personally used to be obsessed with them, but now I hardly listen to them, and I'm sorry my Danger Days and The Black Parade CD for neglecting you! You've gotten me through thick and thin, and I will always thank that band for being there when the rest of the world shut me out, and shut me down. They gave me the hope to go on, I don't care if you think I'm an "Emo kid" for liking them, and talking about this stuff on my blog. These are the people that got me through cutting earlier on this year, with their song "Sing" and "Nanana" I don't know how, they just did. I can tell this band has A LOT to say, and they say it through music, which is what I wish I could do, but I can't. Which sucks.. But oh well. I think I've went on long enough about them.

Band Review: Escape The Fate.

eh...
Well.. this band pretty much sucks without Ronnie Radke! :/ Well kind of, ha ha. The lyrics pretty much suck without him anyways. But this band was one of my favorites, ever since my sister showed  me "Situations" by them, ugh! Just fell in LOVE! Then they kicked Ronnie out! Awesome right?! NOT! He's amazing, but I understand why they did, it is in my post about "Falling In Reverse". But yeah, Escape the Fate was pretty great, and now they have a few good songs, the singer just sounds, funny? Well, it's good Ronnie has his OWN band. (: Instead of being with ETF (Escape The Fate) ha.

Band Review: Panic! At The Disco.(They have dropped the exclamation, but I like it)

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees.
Well I definitely go waaaaay back with this band. Especially the song "Nine In the Afternoon" I love that song, and them. They've definitely got my respect. P!ATD(Panic! At The Disco) has been one of my favorites ever since I heard "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" and "Nine In The Afternoon". Thes singers got a gorgeosu voice. And just, UGH! I love them, plus the singers cute, but they always are, right? :) Ha ha. Well this band definitely worked its way into my heart too, no matter if they are "mainstream" or not, it's only two songs that are and those are the first songs I heard then I fell in LOVE. Ah ah. They're alternative rock, and also they split in 2009 but two band members still stand! :D

Band Review: Cash Cash.

This would be Cash Cash. :)
Well the first song I heard by this band is Party in your bedroom" and I absolutely LOVED them after that. :D Thanks to Jango. :) I don't know much about them, except the singer is freaking adorable and their music is amazing. They aren't known, like AT ALL. But I love them, and their lyrics just are ugh, reminds me of JStar in a way, weird right? I don't really have anything bad or anything really good to say about this band, just that they're amazing, and I've been listening to them for two years now.

Band Review: Motionless In White.

AH.FREAKING.MAZING.
Well, Motionless In White is definitely amazing. One of my really old friends Collin showed me them about a year ago. MIW(Motionless In White) has definitely grown on me since then, they've got some good meanings. Like "Immaculate Misconception" it talks about religion, and in the beginnning MIW is walking past this crowd and they're spitting on them, telling them to fear god, because of all the bands that are out there saying that they are Christian and such, when in all reality they are just selfish pigs, who go have sex with girls on tour, and are basically just fake. Or in the music video for "Creatures" at the beginning, a man says "You can always erase the surface, but the stain will remain." like saying, you can be hurt, and someone can help you with it, but really, you're always going to feel that longing for someone. Motionless In White are a very inspiring band no matter if it's screaming a lot, which they do. And I would advise everyone who listens to the pop-punk/pop/rap stuff NOT TO LISTEN TO THEM. You would hate them. :P

Band Members:
Joshua Balz - keyboards, piano
Christopher "Chris Motionless" Cerulli - lead vocals
Angelo Parente - drums

Band Review: Black Veil Brides.

CAN YOU GUESS WHICH ONE IS THE GIRL?
Well let's start by saying I used to be obsessed with this band. xD But then I realized how much Andy Biersack's voice sucked, except for their new stuff. You can tell Andy's voice definitely got stronger throughout  the tours they've been on. They definitely are KISS WANNABES! They've got the leather and the eyeliner, also in one of their interviews Andy said their outfits and makeup are influenced by Kiss. They're definitely sell outs, ha ha. Even their "BVB Army" agrees, which is pretty horrible. They've definitely improved from Hello My Hate to Love Isn't Fair. Andy Biersack (Formerly Known As Andy Six) is a gorgeous being, well, was, when he didn't wear all that make up and didn't have extensions. They have one girl in their band. But everyone thinks they're ALL girls. Ha ha, right? I mean, they all do look like chicks, but really you don't have to  bash on every one of their videos on YouTube, at least one as I would call it "troll" comments on how much they suck. They DID suck, listen to their new stuff now, they're pretty legitimate.

Band Review: Jeffree Star.☆

This would be the GORGEOUS Jstar.
Well, Jeffree Star is one amazing guy! Even though he can be mistaken for a girl. He's definitely respected by me, and a lot of other people. Jeffree Star is my idol, honestly. He's gay, and he's making it big, even with ALL the haters he has. He gets called a freak, and gets hate mail a lot, but he doesn't care, which is amazing about him. He's also, FREAKING GORGEOUS. No lie. Some of his music could do some work, because he has an auto-tuned voice, 'cause his genre of music is Electro-Pop, Electronica. I love this guy. TO DEATH.

Band Review: Sleeping With Sirens.

This would be one of my FAVORITE BANDS IN THE WORLD! Sleeping With Sirens. :)♥
Well when I was introduced to this band I absolutely HATED them. I don't know why, maybe it was Kellin Quinn's (The Singer) voice. But, slowly they grew on me, definitely because they are one of my favorite bands now! And the song If You Can't Hang is like my favorite song by them. :) Kellin is super cute, but I don't think people should listen to their music just because the singer is cute, there are other people in the band people! They're just simply amazing, seriously. They kind of remind me of Pierce The Veil in a way, and Woe, Is Me. Tell me what you think!! Should they be RESPECTED in the underground scene? Or should they be DUMPED?

Band Review: Woe, Is Me.

This would be Woe, Is Me!:3
Woe, Is Me, definitely are great. How I figured out about them was from their Punk Goes Pop song Last Friday Night. They're one of the best screamo bands I've heard, I think anyways. Besides Of Mice and Men and Motionless in White. But we'll save those reviews for another time! I think Woe, Is Me is just building up their reputation in the underground scene now, since they were just formed in 2009 and have already changed around three members. When they scream, it's amazing. Their voice, is like.. a voice you wish you had. They've got definite potential! They put the songs on the radio to SHAME with Punk Goes Pop!!

Band Members:
Michael Bohn - unclean vocals
Ben Ferris - keyboards, synthesizers, backing vocals
Cory Ferris - bass guitar
Kevin Hanson - rhythm guitar
Austin Thornton - drums, programming
Andrew Paiano - lead guitar

Band Review: Breathe Carolina.

The one with the dark long hair is David Schmitt and the other is Kyle Even. This is Breathe Carolina!!<3
Well, this band definitely is OLD! But one of their songs went on the radio, "Blackout" sound familiar anyone? This is also one of the first bands I listened to that introduced me to the underground music world. They have an electronica toned voice, which is David Schmitt's voice, and the screamer's name is Kyle Even. They chose "Breathe Carolina" as their band name, because of a dream Schmitt had in 9th grade about calming down a woman named Carolina. They're a electropop band, or electronica and so post-hardcore is influenced in there, a little bit. Their EP Gossip and It's Classy not Classic were both recorded on GarageBand until they signed with Fearless Records. They've definitely found their way to stay in my head, whether it's the back, or the front. Their songs always are stuck in there, especially their song "Hello Fascination" which is how I've been feeling the paste few days. Their band members when they're live/not live consists of:
Not Live:
Kyle Even – unclean vocals, keyboards, programming, keytar, guitars, bass guitar
David Schmitt – clean vocals, drums, guitars, keyboards, programming
The Rest of them when they are live:
Clay Cornelius – guitars
Eric Armenta – drums
Joshua Andrew – guitars, synthesizers, keyboards, programming, backing vocals
Luis Bonet – programming, keyboards

Band Review: All Time Low.

All time low <3
Well, this band definitely was one of my very first bands that got me into the music that I'm into. Like a Gateway Band, ha ha. I absolutely adore them, with some songs that they have that a lot of guys go through, like "Remembering Sunday" and such. But they also sing about drinking and stuff, which the songs are still good, but not as good as some of the deeper songs they have. ATL (All Time Low) is a pop-punk band that hail from the Baltimore suburbs. Their beats to their music are pretty good, actually for being a pop-punk band I'm surprised they've got this far, most go down hill after awhile like Freshman 15, ha ha ha. I suggest you give them a listen. :)

Band Review: Mayday Parade.

MAYDAY PARADE! <3
Well, this band definitely is pretty depressing, but some of their songs definitely have meaning to them. Like the song "Terrible Things" it's got amazing lyrics, so does "Miserable At Best". They've definitely got respect in the underground scene. Mayday Parade has a definitie, unique style with their music, their pop-infused punk rock is enough to make them known! Most of their songs, I do not care for although they definitely have a lot of potential even though they have been together for only four years, it sounds like ages. Which is very different because usually you can tell how long they've been a band by their lyrics, and such. But not Mayday Parade! I suggest you listen to at least some of their songs.

Band Review: The Used.

The Used. :D <3
Well, this band definitely carved its way into my heart when I heard the song "The Bird and The Worm" by them, first song I heard and I fell in love with them. They've got this amazing singer, with their lyrics, instruments, and everything gets put together, its got this affect on me, I love it! This band from Orem, Utah definitely was respected and still is, in the underground scene. They're post-hardcore, and they have amazing music videos, well this band is definitely worth listening to! Especially since they went through rough times, homelessness, substance abuse, etc. They've definitely got something to say.

Band Review: Falling In Reverse.

Falling In Reverse ♥
Well! Falling In Reverse was formed with the old band member of Escape The Fate Ronnie Radke. He is amazing, literally. His voice is gorgeous. I think anyways, and for the other band members, amazing work. They've got a lot of potential :D. Ronnie Radke definitely made this band known. :) I respect him greatly, even though he was kicked out of ETF (Escape The Fate) because of drug use. Their music video "I'm Not A Vampire" is about him supposedly going to rehab. Falling In Reverse is literally an amazing band.

Band Review: Saosin.

Saosin!:D
Well this isn't the first time I've ever heard of this band, but it's the first time I ever really listened to them. They remind me of The Used a bit, but they're very good. Just like The Used. Their lyrics are phenomenal :]. And their video to "Voices" is obviously relaying the message that you have to use your voice, and speak up because we all have different voices and we all need to use them. They definitely have been earning respect in the underground music scene since 2003 when they were formed. Since I've been listening to them they're definitely growing on me. ♥ I would definitely suggest you listen to them.

Band Review: Pierce The Veil.

This would be Pierce The Veil,
From left to right: Tony Perry, Vic Fuentes, Jaime Preciado, and Mike Fuentes.
Well.. Where do I begin? Pierce The Veil has been there for me when I was upset, and they made me feel less alone. They've got some pretty good lyrics, and a good vocalist,Vic Fuentes. Most people don't like them because they are a "scene" band. But who cares? They've got something to say like every other band does. They're all mexican, and some people don't like them because they add a little bit of their culture in some of their songs. Pierce The Veil's music speaks to a lot of teenagers who think they have fallen "in love" although, I am not one of those teenagers their music still is something I could listen to over and over again. They're listed as; post-hardcore, emocore, emo, expiremental, and they sing about love, a lot. They were formerly known as Before Today, and are from San Diego. Also known as Early Times which is what they chose when they formed the band in 1998. Mike Fuentes, Vic's brother does drums and back up vocals. Jaime Preciado is the one that messes with bass programming vocals, and Tony Perry is also vocals, and the guitarist. Their videos definitely relay the message they want too, especially Caraphernelia :].

Band Review: Chase Coy (Dear Juliet is his old band)

Chase Coy :]!
Chase Coy has a voice like sent from heaven! Or something, ha ha. He's got the softest, prettiest guy voice I have heard besides the singers of One Direction, but we'll save them for another band review. His lyrics are all about love, and they're very cute. I think so, anyways. He had an old band called "Dear Juliet" that didn't really get known.. So he decided to just have his name instead of a band name. Hence, Chase Coy! :] He's absolutely gorgeous, ha ha.

Band Review: Madina Lake.

I'm thinking the members of Madina Lake is the BEST name for a band. I love how their lyrics have hidden messages and so do their videos about the secrets of the town Madina Lake and Adalia their most famous socialite. They've got a good idea, and a good band! They sound wonderful even if you're not into that kind of music because Butternut sure isn't and when I showed her Madina Lake she loved them. I found the lyrics to be some what inspiring because they talk about love, loss, being brought down. They definitely have a lot of meaning. They've been around since 2005, and hopefully a lot longer!! This band is literally amazing, there's no words to describe them.

Band Review: Love, Robot.

Members of Love, Robot.

Today I'm doing Love Robot. They are very underground and a lot of people have never heard of them. My friend taytay showed me them. I absolutely love them, from the first song I heard by them called Lighthouse. They've got some deep lyrics, and they're softer so they're more melodic I guess. Alexa San Roman (the vocalist) has the softest, sweetest voice in Lighthouse. So does Jon Biegen, he has such a gorgeous voice. Sean Murphy and Matt Clunie are the guitarists and they're pretty good too :).  Taylor Schwab is the bassist, who has great hair! Ha ha. I don't know who the drummer is although..

Band Review: Rise Against.

Members of Rise Against
I honestly can say that Rise Against has definitely got their messages they wanted to get across with their music. They talk about bullying people who are gay/bisexual/pansexual/lesbian etc. with their song Make It Stop (Septembers Children), and with their song Help Is On The Way is about the oil spill in the gulf. I like how you can tell they actually care about the world. I also like how they've been around since 1999 and are still strong on the underground. Even though some of their songs got on the radio, they are still pretty underground. I've been listening to this band for four years now and definitely more to come because they have made a place in my heart. Even if they're slowly going mainstream. Tim Mcllrath, Zach Blair, Joe Principe, and Brandon Barnes are the members that should NEVER be forgotten! Even if you didn't like their genre I think you'd like their lyrics and what they stand for. They've got huge hearts and their music definitely shows it.. I find them to be so interesting, I love looking up new songs by them!

Band Review: August Burns Red.

Well they certainly are loud! Ha ha. They've got good lyrics but the screaming they do could be a lot better. They sound like the devil itself in some of their songs, but hey, what's wrong with that. Their music isn't for everybody, unless you like the loud music like me! August Burns Red is a metalcore band, and they have come a long way so I give them props for that at least. They have extremely good potential to make it in the underground music world. Their videos go really well with the meaning of the songs and are very out-spoken. Their music talks about how they know life is hard but you have to focus on the future and not the past which really speaks out because most music in their genre is about hurting themselves and heartbreak and August Burns Red is looking for the positive in everything pretty much. Which amazes me greatly. Also in Marianas Trench they talk about how we have firm beliefs as we are growing up but the world warps them and changes them into something else and what we think is helping us and keeping us happy is really killing us. We just don't see it yet. Amazing lyrics! Amazing band! Just with that screaming, they got to work on it a bit.

Band Review: Foster The People.

I'm thinking Foster The People is pretty much a one hit wonder, I've only found one other song that is as good as their hit Pumped Up Kicks. Don't let that song fool you though, they don't only sing about violence, the song that I found that's just as good is about falling in love, they obviously have a bit of a sensitive side to them. Although they do sound the same in every song, the same, soft toned voice. Foster The People sound as if they are trying to start a new genre of music, or they're trying to bring back an old one! Their music videos are a bit weird though. They do grow on you like a rash though, as weird as it sounds.

Here are a few songs I found that sounded pretty good by them:
Their hit: Pumped Up Kicks - Foster The People (Music Video)

They are a pretty good band minus a few of their songs, so check them out!

Band Review: He Is We.

He Is We isn't a very popular band, but I asked  one of my friends which band I should review first and she told me He Is We. Therefore, I am reviewing them. Rachel, the singer of He Is We has a very strong voice and her lyrics are very thought through, as far as I can tell. As for Trevor, he is very skilled with the intruments he uses, and when he does back up vocals for Rachel they sound amazing. This duo is definitely something to check out! They've got skill, definitely, and a lot of potential to become big. I especially would take a minute to look at some of their songs, they have got such talent. I find their music to be very deep, their music shows their feelings. Not many bands do that, which is amazing that they take the time to! On that note, their videos have amazing feeling in them, even if sometimes they show painor love it depends on what song. But sometimes they show to much expression in their music and it can get a tad boring.
Well here are some links to their page, and some of their songs and videos.

Introduction.

I am a beginner blogger blogging about bands that catch my interest, or others interests. My opinions are very detailed and I've been told even interesting. I love giving my opinion on bands.
Some bands I'll be reviewing are:
Avenged Sevenfold
Stereo Skyline
Blessthefall
Gym Class Heroes
Nevershoutnever
and more!
I'm going to be looking around on different stations on www.jango.com because they show a lot of potential bands. Also, I'll be posting videos or posting links to a video of the bands when I review them. If you would like me to review any band just ask, and I most definitely will!
